            Girl Power! Fun Power!

MyPower works to help girls of potential become inspired and empowered young women.  Young girls from all backgrounds have the potential to achieve great things in life! Encouragement to dream big and set goals opens a world of opportunities for our youth.  The 12 week MyPower Mentoring Circles, The MyPower Middle School Edition, and the MyPower Quantum Leadership Camps work to do just that.

MyPower's programs complement the core values learned at home and support the importance of succeeding academically and avoiding risky sexual behavior.

MyPower's Mentoring Circles

MyPower, Inc. offers girls a 12 week structured and self-esteem program through its Circles.  Sessions are held once a week for two hours after school.  The program was customized from a well researched program that has been proven to help girls avoid issues like teen pregnancy and academic failure.  We address these issues in a straight-forward and relevant manner.  The sessions are facilitated by trained and seasoned volunteers who are educators and business women right here from Lea County.
